Comptroller General of Kogi State Vigilante Service Completes Sensitization and Verification Program

The Comptroller General of Kogi State Vigilante Service Cdr. AbdulRahman Mariam Adinoyi (rtd). has officially wrapped up the Sensitization and Verification Program in Kogi East, marking a pivotal moment in enhancing local security operations.

HRH, Chief Abel Emakoji Etu, Etemahi of Igalamela.
HRH. Chief Alhaji Suleiman Abimaje, Onu Abejukolo Omala LGA.
HRH, Engr. Mathew Agono Otedo The Onu of Ugalawo, Ofu LGA.
HRH, Alhaji Abdulmalik Umar, Onu of Ankpa, and
HRH. Ujah Sani Simeon, Eje Olamaboru.
Recently, he has concluded Kogi Central and Kogi West and as well visited traditional rulers and other conventional security agencies in the regions.

The Comptroller General of Kogi State Vigilante Service delivered a heartfelt goodwill message from the state governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, focusing on the welfare and recognition of vigilante personnel.
The delivery of this goodwill message underscores the state’s recognition of the vital role vigilante personnel play in community safety. The Comptroller General’s presentation of the governor’s message served as a motivational boost and a reaffirmation of the administration’s ongoing support for their welfare and professional development.

Cdr. A.M Adinoyi (rtd). convened crucial meetings with representatives from various security agencies to discuss and strategize on improving collaboration in tackling the region’s insecurity challenges.
The discussion led by the Comptroller General marks a significant step towards enhancing the synergy among security agencies. By fostering closer collaboration and developing integrated strategies, the aim is to more effectively address and mitigate the region’s security challenges.

Program Overview:

  1. Comprehensive Sensitization: The program featured extensive educational sessions designed to update and inform participants about new protocols, policies, and best practices. These sessions aimed to bolster knowledge and improve performance across the board.
