The unit commander of Adavi/Okene, Amusa A. Danjuma and Tijani Habib O. respectively, acting on the orders of the Comptroller General of the Kogi State Vigilante Service, Cdr. A.M. Adinoyi (Rtd). recognizes and decorate personnel for their promotions and exemplary service.

The event showcased a series of rank decorations, with officers Abdullahi Sule – Insp. 4, Usman Hassan – Insp. 4, Musa Ozovehe – Insp. 4, Sariki Aishat – ASV1, and Jimoh Azeez – Sgt, being officially promoted to higher ranks. The unit commander presented these new ranks, highlighting the outstanding contributions and dedicated service of the recipients. Each promotion was accompanied by formal decorations that symbolized the elevated responsibilities and achievements of the promoted personnel.

The ceremony, marked by formal proceedings and a display of unit pride, concluded with an informal gathering where colleagues and guests celebrated the achievements of the promoted individuals. This event reinforced the Vigilante Service’s dedication to recognizing and rewarding the hard work and excellence of its members.

The Kogi State Vigilante Service Headquarters has announced the immediate transfer of the promoted personnel from their current unit commands to the headquarters. This decision, following their recent promotions, is aimed at positioning these officers in critical roles at the central command.

The promoted individuals will begin their new duties at the headquarters immediately, reflecting the Kogi State Vigilante Service’s strategy to utilize their advanced expertise and leadership capabilities. This move is expected to enhance the operational effectiveness and strategic planning of the Vigilante Service.
